Cancellation Policy
90% of booking fee is refundable when canceled at least 30 days before arrival.
Notes
- A minimum stay of at least two nights is required.
- All reservations are subject to Towns county mandated taxes (13%) as well as a $250 cleaning fee.
- A pet fee of $50 per dog is required. Maximum 2 dogs. This will be charged separately and due in-full, prior to your arrival.
